Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

  • The item must be in the same condition as received

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Personal care or hygiene products (if applicable)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you need an exchange, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Shipping

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
